1.3  We are unable to ship to PO boxes or RR (Rural Route) addresses and have certain limitations within Canada for accessory products shipping outside of British Columbia.

1.4  The carrier will only deliver on business days (Monday through Friday) and will not deliver on Canadian statutory holidays.

1.5  The carrier will not deliver wine shipments unless the person signing for the order shows proof that s/he is of legal drinking age. The carrier will not deliver the wine to any visibly intoxicated person.

1.9 Refund Policy – We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. We ask that the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept returns of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that was ordered in error. Once the wine is received, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.  Please note: refunds may take up to 10 business days to process and post to your credit card account.

2.4  Grand Vin and One Faith Experience tasting fees will be charged to the credit card provided and a receipt will be forwarded to your provided email address.

2.7  We reserve the right to change the wines on offer on all our tastings without notifying you, the customer, as conditions demand.

2.8 Refund Policy – All walk-in tasting fees are non-refundable.  We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of cancellation for all our Grand Vin and One Faith Experience tastings to ensure that you will receive a full refund on the credit card used upon reservation.  Cancellations of either the Grand Vin or the One Faith Experience tastings with less than 24 hours’ notice will mean a 50% refund on the credit card used upon reservation.  Please note: refunds may take up to 10 business days to process and post to your credit card account.

MEMBER SHIPMENTS

3.1  Membership is based on the date of when you registered as a member.

3.2  Membership is FREE.

3.3  Members are free to cancel their membership with a minimum of 14 days’ prior to their next shipment.  Members who cancel their membership within 14 days’ of their next shipment are responsible for all the fees, taxes, shipping and handling charges required to process that shipment.

3.4  Members are allowed to put their membership on hold without cancelling their membership.  Members with a hold on their membership will not receive any shipments until the hold has been removed upon the member’s request.  Members who place their membership on hold within 14 days’ of their next shipment are responsible for all the fees, taxes, shipping and handling charges required to process that shipment.

3.5  Members are allowed to skip shipments without cancelling their membership or putting their membership on hold.  Members who request to skip a shipment will not receive the newest outgoing shipment, but will be responsible for any shipments afterwards, unless the membership is cancelled or placed on hold.  Members who want to skip shipments must notify the company a minimum of 14 days’ prior to their next shipment; failure to do so means the member will be held responsible for all the fees, taxes, shipping and handling charges required to process that shipment.
